The aim of Couples Therapy is for partners to begin to recognise, reconcile and learn how to manage troublesome differences, and patterns of behaviours which causes stress and tension within the relationship. The therapist will help guide you towards learning how to identify, communicate and explore each others innermost beliefs, thoughts and feelings, and help you find ways in which you can cohesively work towards developing a better, healthier relationship where both individuals feel listened to, valued and respected.
